"I'm a regular of this store, and always request Jillian, the manager. She's a gem, and the only stylist I trust to deliver what I want. She has great technique, is gentle, and happy to strike up a friendly conversation if you so choose. I'm sure the other stylists also do well given Jillian's influence. The service is pricey compared to other chains, but the results I get are worth it."

"Why should I come to this place and have a OK haircut for $20 when you can go to Great Clips and have the same haircut for $14......honestly, dont see how this place/s stays in business."

"I'm not a picky guy. I just want a decent cut and a friendly person. Unfortunately, I got neither today. My stylist looked like she was in a bad mood when she called my name and it kept going downhill from there. I don't remember how my hair is regularly cut. I'm not a hair stylist. I don't know the terminology, the numbers on the shaver guards, the products, etc. If I did, I'd cut my hair myself. When I asked if they had the records from my last cut done at another SportClips location she told me they had not been updated in 4 years...and she appeared annoyed at me about it. So, I tried to describe it in my layman's terms and apparently sucked at it because her face became more and more wrinkled with confusion. We finally landed on a plan of attack and then she was off! She was cutting my hair so fast I began to wonder if we were a part of a competition. No small talk (which I could care less about), no asking about my preferences (side burns, eyebrows, back shape), no attention to detail. Ended up with a bad cut, bad experience, and bad mood when I left. Why did I pay money for this?"

"This place is ridicoulous. Sevice is mediocre for a $20 base price. They make you enter all your data into their system just to make it to the wait list. Just go to a local babershop nearby."

"At 5:00 on a weekday, which I assume is a peak time, I would assume that 3/5ths of the staff should not all be taking a break at the same time. That leaves two people to serve the customers, and in this case four to five people waiting in line while watching the other employees walk by them to the break room at the back of the store. These issues desperately need to be resolved by management. It's not even the first time that I've witnessed a similar issue here, but it's the first time I've walked out instead of waiting. I'm very disappointed in this location and I won't be back, despite it being most convenient for me based on location."

"They are juat there to sell upgrades on crappy haircuts. The stylist asked what I wanted then proceeded to cut off all my hair to suit herself. There are too many places that have better haircuts at the same or lower prices."

"I wouldn't advise coming here. Sure most of the hair dressers do a good job, but there are always one or two that you have to hope you don't get(the ones yawning in front of you and talking about how they just aren't all there today). I personally would prefer not to gamble on whether or not I get a good haircut. I've gone here about five times and two times I have gotten an absolutely awful haircut, so I am definitely done with this place."
